By buying from the LycheeMC store you agree to these terms.

Purchases

• All items (ranks, crate keys, shards) are digital goods for use on LycheeMC only.
• You must enter your Minecraft username correctly. We can't move items to a different account after delivery.
• Items have no real-world cash value and can't be sold or traded outside the server.

Conduct

• Purchases don't exempt you from the server rules. Rule-breaking can lead to a mute, kick or ban without compensation.
• Hacking, exploiting bugs, scamming players or abusing staff is not allowed.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without contacting us first will result in a permanent ban.

Changes to the server

• Ranks, perks, crate rewards and prices may change or be rebalanced at any time.
• If the server shuts down, purchases are not refundable.
• We may update these terms at any time. Continuing to play or buy means you accept the latest version.

Please read this before you buy.

General rule

• All sales are final. Digital items are delivered instantly, so we don't offer refunds once an item has been delivered.

When we will refund or fix an order

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• Your purchase wasn't delivered within 48 hours and we can't fix it. We'll try to deliver it first.
• The wrong item was delivered because of our error. We'll replace it or refund you.

When we won't refund

• You changed your mind, or you used, opened or spent the item.
• You entered the wrong username.
• You were banned, muted or punished for breaking the rules.
• Rewards from crates didn't match what you hoped for.

How to ask

• Contact staff on our Discord within 7 days of purchase with your username, payment ID and a screenshot of the receipt.
• To cancel an order before it is delivered, use the Cancel an order link at the bottom of this page.
